How to request an exchange:
We happily accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible, the pair must be unworn and returned in the same condition it was sent — in its original box packaging, along with the invoice.
Kindly mention your preferred size or the new style you’d like (of equal or higher value) on the invoice.
A flat fee of ₹200 will be charged for the return pick-up of one product.
No return pick-up charges will apply if the product received is wrong or damaged.
A gentle reminder:
If the pair shows signs of wear or isn’t returned in its original condition, we won’t be able to process the exchange. In such cases, the pair will be sent back to you, and the shipping cost will be borne by you. We truly appreciate your understanding.
