Your order is shipped directly from our partner brands. This efficient process skips unnecessary steps, reducing transportation and packaging materials. It's a conscious choice that benefits both you and the planet.
Shipping Costs
Great news for our customers in India! Shipping is absolutely free on all orders within India. For those needing faster delivery, Express Shipping will be chargeable; the costs will vary based on your destination and the order's weight. Please note that all shipping is managed directly by our trusted brand partners.
Delivery Timelines
We want you to know exactly when to expect your beautiful pieces. Delivery times depend on the product type and your location:
- Ready-Made / Readily Available Products: If an item is already crafted and ready to go, you can expect delivery within 7 to 10 business days.
- Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Products: For items specially created for you, timelines vary by designer. You'll find the estimated dispatch time on each product listing page. Generally, these items may take an average of 5 - 15 working days to be prepared and shipped.
We are here to guide you through your purchase. You may reach out to us in case of any issue.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries. Once your order is on its way, estimated delivery times will be provided.
Order Tracking
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to easily follow your package's journey directly with the courier partner.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives perfectly. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately within 48 hours of receiving it. To help us resolve this quickly, please include photos of the items. We're here to assist you!
Delayed or Lost Orders
While rare, unforeseen delays or losses can occur during transit. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us by call or email. We'll promptly investigate the situation for you and work towards a resolution.

Correct Address: To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping address, including the correct pin code and a valid mobile number, is accurate and complete. We cannot redirect orders once they've been dispatched, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for deliveries that fail due to incorrect address details.
