For those needing faster delivery, Express Shipping will be chargeable; the costs will vary based on your destination and the order's weight. Please note that all shipping is managed directly by our trusted brand partners.

Delivery Timelines

We want you to know exactly when to expect your beautiful pieces. Delivery times depend on the product type and your location:

• Ready-Made / Readily Available Products: If an item is already crafted and ready to go, you can expect delivery within 7 to 10 business days.
• Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Products: For items specially created for you, timelines vary by designer. You'll find the estimated dispatch time on each product listing page. Generally, these items may take an average of 5 - 15 working days to be prepared and shipped.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries. Once your order is on its way, estimated delivery times will be provided.
