Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns unless in the case of having received a faulty or damaged product. Customers must inform us within a 48-hour window and share photographic evidence to support the same, in which case a complete cancellation is offered.

Each label offers their own policy on size exchanges. Kindly refer to individual product listings for further information.

We do not offer exchanges for products against and in place of products in a different category, style, or from other labels.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that orders cannot be canceled by the customer once placed.

However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we do offer a resolution. You must inform us within a 48-hour window of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the defect. In such a verified case, a complete cancellation and refund will be processed for that specific item.

The Chic Indian also reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if, under special circumstances, the order has not yet been approved or processed by us.

International Orders

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the unique nature of our platform and the logistical complexities of international shipments, The Chic Indian maintains a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges for all international orders. As each brand on our platform is responsible for its own handling and shipping, and given the high costs associated with international logistics, all international sales are considered final. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for international orders once they have been placed.

Size Exchanges: In exceptional cases where size exchanges may be considered, all associated shipping and handling costs will need to be borne entirely by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer cancellations for international orders. All international orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
