What is the return/exchange policy?
We do not offer returns unless in the case of having received a faulty or damaged product. Customers must inform us within a 48-hour window and share photographic evidence to support the same, in which case a complete cancellation is offered.
Each label offers their own policy on size exchanges. Kindly refer to individual product listings for further information.
We do not offer exchanges for products against and in place of products in a different category, style, or from other labels.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be canceled by the customer once placed.
However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we do offer a resolution. You must inform us within a 48-hour window of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the defect. In such a verified case, a complete cancellation and refund will be processed for that specific item.
The Chic Indian also reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if, under special circumstances, the order has not yet been approved or processed by us.
